What's actually in a pack?
One unique toy, chosen by us, plus a selection of quality treats. Every month is different, and that's the whole point. You'll never know what's coming until it lands on your doorstep.
When will my first pack arrive?
We pack and send your box as soon as you subscribe, and most orders are with you in 1 to 3 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it's on its way. After that, your box ships on the same date every month.
Is delivery included?
Yes. R399 covers the toy, the treats and door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa via The Courier Guy, with tracking on every box. No extra fees at checkout.
What if my dog has allergies?
We ask about allergies when you sign up, and we pack your treats around them. If your dog can't have something, it simply doesn't go in the box.
Can I cancel anytime?
Of course. If something's not right, message us first, we'd love the chance to fix it. But there's no lock-in and no contract, so if you'd rather stop, you can cancel from your account in a couple of clicks. You won't be charged again, and any box you've already paid for still lands on your doorstep.
What size dog is Barky for?
All of them. Every box is the same, and our toys are medium-sized, chosen to be safe and fun whether you've got a Yorkie or a Great Dane.
What if my dog doesn't like something in the pack?
Just message us, we read every message, and we'll make it right. We'd far rather fix it than lose you.
My dog destroys every toy. Is this for us?
Honestly? A plush toy and a determined destroyer only ends one way. But most dogs have more fun ripping into a toy than ignoring one, and there's a fresh one every month.
